We have a range of services and training opportunities for your clinical and support teams:
• Re-designing social programs: An online masterclass for aged care leisure and rec teams to move towards contemporary programming, aligned to the new standard 7 Residential Community.
• Re-imagining the mealtime experience: An online masterclass for aged care support service and clinical staff aligned to the new Standard 6 – Food and Nutrition.
• Lead the change: An online mentorship program for aged care leaders – building skill to lead changes aligned to the strengthened standards.
• Positive approach to dementia care: Dementia training with a difference. Online and in person training that focuses on a practical techniques to change staff approach, creating more positive experiences and minimising changed behaviours.
